GLARE People | Events is an owner-managed hostess and people agency based in Munich.

We place hand-picked hostesses, hosts, models and brand ambassadors for companies, brands and events.

The person behind GLARE is Julia Biemer. After graduating in media and communication management (B.A.), she went straight into the events industry, right in the heart of Munich, where she was responsible for events, communication concepts, online content and design. In 2018 she went independent and founded GLARE.

She has worked in events, communication and brand staging for more than 15 years and spent many years working as a hostess herself, for Porsche, sports events and traditional companies among others. So she knows both sides and what really matters when staffing an event.

Hostesses and hosts are more than on-site support. They welcome guests, make the first personal contact and represent a brand to the outside world. That is why every booking is about individual brand fit: matching the brand, the occasion, the audience and the desired presence.

Our network includes carefully selected personalities for corporate events, brand events, trade fairs, store experiences, sports events, hospitality and exclusive occasions. Personal selection, individual briefings and reliable support are a given for us.

With GLARE Events we also support our clients with the concept and organisation of events, from individual services to complete delivery.
