Summer Party · Bavaria Mountain Escape
A summer party in the mountains: a castle, Oktoberfest-style rides and a Bavarian programme for a consulting firm.
The project
For the summer party we found a venue with a mountain backdrop and turned it into a fairground of its own with a chair swing ride, shooting gallery, maypole and Bavarian games.
Event planning and delivery, venue scouting, concept including budget planning and the coordination of all suppliers were in our hands.
